Four pillar or Bazi has a lot of unique interpretation to understand yourself. I’ve been interpreting Daymaster, Hour to year pillar, Peach Blossom, etc and to those addition what I want to share now is the 5 structures of Bazi. 1. The Manager
Manager is the wealth profile, the whole idea of life is everything should within control they have to control everything, everything must plan out according to them because they know how to do it best. They are the one that can do it and make it right and have no hesitation in telling you that you are wrong. They set their own objectives, you don't need to worry about people with Manager profile.
If you are married to people with managers structure don't expect them to say "I Love You" because romance is not part of their dictionary. If things don't happen their way they will feel most unhappy, everything must follow according to what they want.
The manager people will think they can do things better than other people, let them do what they want to do. They want everything to be perfect. They micromanage every single things this makes them stres out.

- The only problem with these people is they don't express feelings very well. They don't talk about feelings. They have feelings but they are not gonna express it or reveal their emotions.

2. The Creators
Output profile is called Creators, they create, they sell and making money from creating a brand. People who are suitable to start their own business are usually a Managers and Creators combination. They are proactive people. They are full of ideas and a big picture person, a visionary who have concept of innovation.
Sometimes they are too egoistical because they think they are the best. They think they know everything. Sometimes when under stress they will use unconventional tactics to solve problems. Their hobby is to argue and debate, it is very hard to satisfy Creators people.
People who know what to do but don't do what they know are normally the unhealthy Creators. They have to do things they know and don't talk too much, they need to get trust by other people and build credibility.

The Thinkers are those who analyze data, facts and figures. They take a problem solving approach to life. This also the one that is very careful, they will think before taking action. This person do things slowly totally opposite to the Creators.
Normally The Thinkers find it hard to success because they are too slow in getting to do something, usually they have a lot of "should have" and they analyze too much. They are usually good at stocks market and no need to depend on anyone, they just look at number and find a solution.
They know how to ask the right question to get the right answer. They are also very good at complaining and don't do anything or take action at an unhealthy level. They took a lot of time looking at details.

4. The Supporters
The Supporters are people who are usually the nice guys, they always remain sitting on the fence. They dont want to offend any party. The supporters must find the right boss to have a fabulous life, you have to support the right person a winner, not a loser. Invest in someone who have the potential. You have to be careful in who you support to. They have to find a good leader to follow and be their second man.
Not everyone need to be number 1, it is very stressful to be number 1, like Jack Welch is the Supporters profile and can manage to be super rich and powerful although he is number 2 in General Electric.

5. The Connectors
The Connectors are extremely important especially if you want to succeed in fastest pace, they are able to influence other people. They have ability in talking and convincing others.
Your ability is to delegate and manipulate people, they are people oriented. They can easily gather people, they are the best people to generate connections and networking from scratch. You need one of these people around among your success team.
They can use their communications and persuasive skills to generate wealth for them. They are laid back and very last minute person.
